Education:

Our Education service provides high-quality school improvement support tailored to the unique needs of each of our schools. Working closely with school leaders, we strengthen teaching, curriculum development, safeguarding and leadership capacity. Support includes core reviews, self-evaluation and strategic planning, subject deep dives and leadership coaching. Each year, Trust staff and school leaders jointly assess performance across a range of categories to inform strategic resource allocation.
