The Board of Directors of the Romero Catholic Academy Trust, alongside the Governors of St Augustine’s RC High School, are seeking to recruit a highly organised, professional and enthusiastic Administrative Officer (Pastoral/Pupil Services) to join our dedicated and supportive team on a permanent basis (37 hours per week, term time only plus one week).
St Augustine’s RC High School is a thriving Catholic school with a strong sense of community, high expectations and outstanding pastoral care. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for pupils, parents and visitors, serving as an ambassador for the school and embodying our Catholic ethos and values in all interactions.
The role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support across pastoral and pupil services, including maintaining accurate pupil records, supporting attendance processes, administering behaviour and rewards systems, assisting with safeguarding procedures, coordinating communication with parents and external agencies, and supporting careers and post-16 transition activities. The postholder will also play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office and delivering high-quality service to all stakeholders.
