Summary
Thank you for your interest in Romero Catholic Academy Trust, whether that be working within one of our rapidly growing number of schools, or within our Central Team which provides support to the people in our schools.
We fully appreciate that to fulfil our ambition and vision for our pupils, we need dedicated and passionate people within our schools and team. We commit to treating all our people with respect and dignity, providing them with the professional, personal and spiritual support they need to serve the pupils in our schools.
While many of our roles do not require you to be a practising Roman Catholic, we do ask that all staff are supportive of the Catholic ethos that underpins our work. Each of our schools and teams has its own unique identity, so whether you’re based in a school or in the Central Team, you’ll be a valued and integrated part of our Romero family.
The children and young people in our schools need and deserve the very best people to work with them so they can reach their full potential. If you feel this can be you, we look forward to hearing from you.
Under the inspiration of St Oscar Romero:
This is what we are about:
We plant the seeds that one day will grow.
We water seeds already planted, knowing that they hold future promise.
We lay foundations that will need further development.
We provide yeast that produces far beyond our capabilities.
We cannot do everything, and there is a sense of liberation in realising that.
This enables us to do something, and to do it very well.
